Happy New Year.I have a feeling that this is going to be a great year for everyone. I have just finished filming ' 88 Minutes' and I think it will be a really good film. I am so pleased with what I have been working on recently and I cannot wait for you to see it all. I am in New York at the moment taking a little break, and hopefully moving back here. As always thanks for your continued support and love; it really does make me a very happy lady.

And to think I had my hopes up we really were going to talk about quantum physics.......damn it. I actually enjoyed my QP classes....back when I was still a genetics major. Sometimes wish I had stayed in that field. Much more exciting!

For some reason, the most vocal Christians among us never mention the Beatitudes. But, often with tears in their eyes, they demand that the Ten Commandments be posted in public buildings. And of course that’s Moses, not Jesus. I haven’t heard one of them demand that the Sermon on the Mount, the Beatitudes, be posted anywhere. "Blessed are the merciful" in a courtroom? Why do you say damn it? There's nothing stopping us from talking about quantum physics. Not string theory though, I think it's beyond our capabilities.

P.S. Do you have any idea why Leelee mentioned them? The only thing I can think of is her friend Anthony is a physicist. I'm going to go watch "Beautiful Mind" again and see if I can glean anything from it.

I'm pretty sure her friend Anthony is Anthony Roth Costanzo, Francis from A Soldier's Daughter. Nice photo.
Leelee has mentioned once before that she finds some science topics fascinating. I think the thread sub-title is just her little jibe at the hifalutin' themes we bat around from time to time in this erudite forum.

String theory isn't hard, and makes a lot of sense........sadly we can't really prove it to be true or bogus just yet. We did a month on it in my 2rd theoretical physics class. Fun times

Nice to hear from you..... and fun filled succesful 2006 to you...
let's hope you two didn't end up having drunken sing sessions together on NY streets. Anthony would obivously sing totally in tune because of all the training even in such state...
Hopefully you will get to do interesting projects in 2006 too....
